Georgia Legislature Convenes January 14The 2008 session of the Georgia General Assembly will begin on Monday, January 14, at the State Capitol in Atlanta. Click here to identify your legislators at My Elected Officials. Then, contact your legislators and ask them to vote for legislation that will protect the Chattahoochee River from metro Atlanta’s unbridled growth, now and in the future. If you have a specific question about legislation or UCR’s position on a bill, please email us at info@ucriverkeeper.org.
