Anyone involved in land development, design, review, permitting, construction, monitoring, inspection, or any land-disturbing activity in Georgia must meet education requirements and be certified by the Georgia Soil and Water Conservation Commission (GSWCC) program.
UCR offers GSWCC-approved certification courses for all levels of involvement:
• Level 1A Fundamentals Seminar: For builders, contractors, developers, site superintendents, grading and utility contractors, and monitoring consultants.
• Level 1B Advanced Fundamentals Seminar: For regulatory and non-regulatory inspectors.
• Level II Introduction to Design: For plan designers and plan reviewers.
• Recertification for Level 1A, 1B, and II: Required for all certified persons every three years.
We are available to schedule private courses of all levels for your company or local government. To learn more about our courses and price information please contact Jason Ulseth at 404-352-9828.
